With increasing layers of legislation emanating from both Brussels and Westminster, the job of the law-makers becomes more complex. Therefore, the role of consultation periods, when government seeks the view of the private sector, is increasingly important.

Over the last decade, Prova has played a growing role in a number of consultation periods, helping to present viewpoints to central government at a critical time. We have worked with a number of organisations, most notably in the areas of environmental regulation and competition, to ensure regulators and government departments are fully briefed on the issues, from every angle.

However, it is not just central government to whom we have represented our clients. We also work alongside unions, OEMs, as well as industry and employee bodies, communicating specific messages to specific audiences, often at a sensitive time.
